Manage stores and devices

See every location and every phone signed in to your business, and cut off access the moment you need to.

Updated 13 September 2026

Stores are your locations. Devices are the phones taking sales at them. The dashboard shows both.

Stores

Open Stores to add a location, edit its name or address, or review its performance. Every sale, stock count, and device belongs to a store. See Set up your first store.

Devices

Open Stores → Paired Devices to see every phone signed in to your business:

  • The device name you gave it
  • The store it serves
  • The platform
  • When it last took a sale

Add a device

Generate a six-digit login code for the store and enter it on the phone. Full steps in Sign in on the till with a device code.

Sign a device out

Sign a device out the same day that:

  • a phone is lost or stolen,
  • a staff member leaves,
  • you sell or replace a handset.

Choose Sign out beside the phone and confirm. Swipee revokes the pairing and ends its current session immediately. Anyone who legitimately needs the phone again must pair it with a new code.

Devices are not staff

A device code attaches the phone to a store. A staff PIN puts a person's name and role on the work done there. Pair the phone once, then use staff shift sign-in as people take over the counter.

A monthly five-minute review

  1. 1
    Open Stores → Paired Devices.
  2. 2
Remove anything you do not recognise.
  3. 3
Remove anything that has not taken a sale in weeks.
  4. 4
Check each device is attached to the right store.

This is the single most effective security habit for a multi-till business.
