Is Swipee Till really free for cash sales and stock?

Yes. Our core till software, cash transaction recording, barcode scanning, stock decrement, and owner web dashboard are 100% free forever for merchants. There are zero mandatory monthly subscriptions.

Do I need to buy expensive card swipe machines or POS hardware?

No. Swipee is engineered phone-first. You download the app on any standard Android or iOS smartphone and immediately start scanning barcodes and ringing up sales.

How does multi-currency (USD and ZiG) work?

Swipee is built natively for African dual-currency realities. You can set prices and record payments in USD, ZiG, or split payments (e.g. part USD cash and part mobile money) seamlessly with clear audit records.

When will live digital payments launch?

We are running the cash till pilot with urban Zimbabwean merchants first. Digital payments will launch only once arrangements with licensed partners are in place, and we will publish the per-transaction rate before that happens. There will be no monthly charges.
