If the help centre has not answered your question, talk to us.
How to reach us
- In the app — open More → Support.
- On the web — use the contact form on the Swipee website.
- Pilot merchants — use the direct channel your onboarding contact gave you. It is the fastest route.
Have these ready
The first reply is far more useful when you include:
| Detail | Why |
|---|---|
| Your business name and registered email | To find your account |
| The transaction reference | To find the exact sale |
| The date and time it happened | To match the server records |
| What you expected and what happened instead | To reproduce the problem |
| A screenshot | Worth several paragraphs |
| Your phone model and Android version | For app-specific problems |
Urgent problems
Tell us straight away if:
- money is missing from your balance,
- you see a sale you did not make,
- someone has access to your account.
Before you contact us: change your password and remove any device you do not recognise in Devices.
What we will never ask for
Swipee will never ask for:
- your password,
- a one-time code, from a cash-out or from two-step verification,
- your mobile-money PIN.
Anyone asking for these is not from Swipee, whatever number they call from. End the conversation and report it to us.
Feedback and requests
Pilot merchants shape what gets built next. If something is missing, awkward, or slower than it should be, tell us — it goes on the list.
