Find your way around the app

What each screen in the Swipee till does, and where the things you use most are kept.

Updated 21 August 2026

Swipee opens on the screen you use hundreds of times a day: checkout. Everything else is one tap away.

Checkout

The opening screen. Type an amount on the keypad for a quick sale, or switch to your item library to build a basket. The running total sits at the bottom with the Charge button.

Cart

Every line you have added, with quantity, price, and discounts. Tap a line to change the quantity, apply a discount, or remove it. Clear the whole cart with the bin icon.

Items

Your item library, grouped by category, with a search box and a barcode scan button. This is the same catalogue you manage in the dashboard.

Transactions

Every sale this device and this business has taken, newest first. Open one to see the payment method, the fee, the items sold, and to reissue the receipt.

Reports

Today, this week, and this month at a glance: total takings, number of sales, and your average sale.

More

The drawer that holds everything else:

  • Customers — customer records and their history
  • Invoices and orders — sales you are fulfilling rather than ringing up
  • Add-ons, taxes, discounts — how prices are calculated
  • Cash-out — turning your balance into cash through an agent
  • Settings — account, checkout, hardware, security
  • Support — help and contact

Working offline

The till keeps serving when the network drops. Sales are held on the device and synced when you are back online. Give the app a moment on a good connection at the end of the day so nothing is left waiting.
