Create your Swipee account

Registering takes about two minutes. One registration creates your user login, your business record, and your Swipee balance together.

What you will be asked for

Register from the app

   Open Swipee and tap Get started.

   Enter your name, phone number, and email address.

   Choose a password of at least 8 characters.

   Enter your business name.

   Accept the terms, then tap Create account.

You are signed in immediately and taken to the till.

Register from the web

   Go to the Swipee website and choose Get started.

   Fill in the same details and submit.

   You land in the owner dashboard.

Then download the Swipee app on the phone you will serve customers with and sign in with the same email and password.

Confirm your email

Swipee sends a confirmation message to the address you registered. Confirming it protects your account and is what lets you reset a forgotten password later. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Choose a strong password

• Minimum 8 characters, maximum 128.
• Do not reuse the password you use for your mobile-money wallet or your email.
• If several people serve customers, do not share your owner password — use till login codes instead.
