Export your data and check shop health

Download your records, see unsynced inventory or printer failures, and close offline-sale warnings after checking them.

Updated 13 September 2026

Open Settings in the owner dashboard and scroll to Your Data, Shop Health, and Needs Checking. These tools are available to owners and managers because some exports include item costs and staff activity.

Download your records

Choose any CSV export:

  • Sales — one row per sale
  • Items sold — line-by-line sales with quantities and recorded unit costs
  • Voids and refunds — every correction and reason
  • Stock on hand — current inventory and cost data
  • Tax charged — tax recorded by sale and rate
  • Who did what — the merchant audit trail

The download is generated from your account when you ask for it. Open CSV files in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice, or accounting software. Keep exports securely: customer, cost, and staff data belong to your business and should not be left on a shared computer.

For a filtered profit, stock-value, or sell-through file, use Export CSV on the Reports page. For a catalogue you plan to edit and import again, use Inventory → Bulk catalogue → Export catalogue.

Read Shop Health

Shop Health shows:

  • sales whose stock update is still waiting or failed,
  • receipt-print successes and failures from the last seven days,
  • distinct printer errors,
  • how many offline-sale differences still need checking.

Choose Refresh after a till reconnects or a printer problem is fixed.

Resolve Needs Checking

These rows appear when a queued sale reaches Swipee after its product, pack, stock, or price changed.

  1. 1
Open the row and identify the item or whole sale.
  2. 2
Check the transaction and count the physical shelf where needed.
  3. 3
Correct stock or the catalogue through the normal inventory tools.
  4. 4
    Choose I have checked this.

Marking a row checked does not alter stock. It records that a person investigated it, so never clear a warning before doing the shelf check.
