Cash out with an agent

Cash-out is how Swipee gets physical money into your hands without a bank branch. You request an amount, an agent holding cash meets you, and a one-time code proves the handover.

Request a cash-out

   Open Cash-out in the app, or Cash-out in the dashboard.

   Swipee lists nearby agents with the cash each one is holding.

   Choose an agent.

   Enter the amount and the currency.

   Confirm the request.

Swipee reserves the amount from your available balance and issues a six-digit one-time code.

Meet the agent and confirm

   Go to the agent with your phone.

   The agent counts out the cash.

   Enter the one-time code to confirm you received it.

The cash-out completes and the reserved amount leaves your balance.

Statuses you may see

Safety

• Only enter the code after you have counted the cash.
• Never send the code to anyone over the phone or by message.
• No Swipee employee and no agent will ever ask you for the code remotely.
• Meet agents in a public place during trading hours.

Choosing an agent

The list shows how much cash each agent is holding. Pick one whose float covers your amount — a request larger than an agent's cash cannot be completed.
